President Obama wants to be clear.  He wants you to know that he is not a Socialist.

Okay, I’ll play.

In the year that you have been President, you have orchestrated the takeover of General Motors.  You are attempting to nationalize the health care system.  You have decimated the dollar, undermined the economy, spent us into a level debt that can only be called insurmountable, forced millions of people into the kind of unemployment that looks to be never-ending -  is that it?  Gosh, I feel like I’m missing something.  And man, has this been a long year or what?

So if you are not a Socialist then you are... help me out here.

Yes.  And I am an ardent believer in soufflés, duck a la orange and a nice cabernet.  But tonight we’re riding the Mc Nugget express.  What’s your point?  You know what would help me with my doubts about your economic intentions?  If you are truly NOT a Socialist, then stop acting like a Socialist.  Stop doing all those things that Socialists do and do some things that Capitalists do.  Here’s some ideas.  Cut taxes.  Leave my health care alone.  Stop spending money that we don’t have.

 Why is that so difficult to understand.
